I had a long day of running around, and just wanted a nice milkshake to sit down and relax with. I was given a very tasty shake, and they even placed a candle in it since it is my birthday! Very excellent and comfy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great shakes with active lifestyles in mind. The service is very kind, if you ignore them telling you that aloe vera is healing for your insides :). The inside is a little bare and the shakes are very expensive (like $15 per shake kinda expensive) but nice for a quick breakfast/ workout recovery. The Reece's shake was my go to for a chocolate vibe.

Stopped by here before work today and was blown away by the extensive variety of shakes! Angelica was friendly and let me know about their shake and tea combos (an excellent deal). Since I was in a bit of a hurry, I just got the Arroz Con Leche shake and went on my way. I will definitely be back! I have a punch card, as well.

I walk into a active nutrition after a very hard workout that left me deplited of nutrients. They instantly handed me a shake and tea. I was instantly full of energy and ready a do another workout!

Highly recommend. Love this smoothie bar!! The environment was amazing, very friendly and kind staff. My shake was SOO good, banana cream pie is always a hit. Will definitely be back!

I'm absolutely in love and obsessed!! I've been trying really hard to be healthier and mindful of what I'm eating and it's a struggle especially when it comes to taste and cost. This is close by my work, owned by a mother daughter duo and staffed by other awesome women, very healthy and VERY tasty. Oh and extremely affordable!! I got a shake, a lit tea, and an acai bowl!! Super low carb and high protein!! They gave me the nutrition details so I could log everything which was so amazing of them and explained everything perfectly to help me make a good choice. Will absolutely be going back endlessly!! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!
